By presenting this ticket for admission to the Ontario Speedway ASB sprint boat racing, and other event activities therein, I acknowledge and assume, without limitation including: all falls, animal bites, food poisoning, effects of weather, including heat and humidity, traffic, road and ground conditions, or any other unnamed event. Please remember that this is a former golf course, and hazards exist such as holes, water, ditches, rocks and fences. Please be aware of your surroundings and act responsibly and accordingly. I have read and fully understand this waiver and in consideration of my entry, for myself and anyone legally acting on my behalf, I waive and release Ontario Speedway LLC, the City of Ontario, State of Oregon, Malheur County, ASBR, FAA, and all sponsors and partners employees, directors, officers, volunteers, agents, successors and assigns from any and all claims of injury, property damage, or any other loss, damage or any and all claims, liabilities or causes of action, including without limitations, death, bodily injury, property damage, or any other loss, damage or any inconvenience whatsoever, arising from my attendance to this event from any cause whatsoever. Further, I grant Ontario Speedway full permission to use photographs, videos, and other types of recordings of me in advertising, trade or any other commercial purpose in legitimate accounts and promotions of this event. I waive the right to impact versions of my image used for publication or the written copy used in connection with the images. Promoter reserves the right to deny or void any entry for poor or unsafe behavior.
